HOW TO PROTECT ME FROM VIRUSES

This week, many people got flu and are absent in school. Yesterday, I had fever, coughed, and my throat was sore. Right now, I feel better than yesterday. There are two methods that help me to feel better. First, when you feel sick, you need to have a rest. That reason that you get sick is because your body becomes too weak to protect from viruses that cause the flu. So you need to recover your body by sleeping and having a rest. I went to bed after school at yesterday. After taking a nap, I felt better because a fever decreased. Second, you need to wash your hands many times. Especially, you touch a lot of things that other people touch too in school. If you don’t wash your hands, it is easy to get the germs from sick people. Also you can be the one that spreads the germs and viruses to other people.
